Yorkshire Puddings

6 puddings

1/2 cup egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup plain flour
salt

Preheat oven to max
teaspoon oil in each muffin tin circle
Heat in oven until fat snokes
Quickly pour batter in
20 minutes in oven, don't open door until ready, watch for blackening at the top
