- prep cauliflower bite size florets
- whisk batter
- process breadcrumbs
- Oven 180C
- dip into batter then breadcrumbs
- bake 25 mins on lined baking trays
- fully coat in marinade (orig is ranch sauce, but could just use oil. or bake dry and dip later)
- 25 further, until crispy and cooked in the middle
