Serves 2, increase everything
Main Ingredients
- 250g Boneless chicken thigh/breast
- 1 Egg white
- 1 cup Cornflour
- ½ Bell pepper
- 3-4 Spring onions
- 3 Cloves Garlic, chopped into thick slices
- Oil for frying
Marinade
- 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- ½ tsp Sugar
- ¼ tsp Black pepper
Stir Fry Sauce
- Dark soy sauce
- Fresh lemon juice

Chicken sliced, into marinade, 15(-90) mins.
Mix stir fry ingredients in bowl
Chop garlic pepper, spring onion (if using)
Egg white into chicken, mix
Coat chicken in cornflour (separate, chopping board)
Deep fry 180C (to 160C) for a couple of minutes, crispy and inside 70C
Stir fry oil, then pepper, garlic, sauce, chicken, spring onion
