Popcorn

1/2 cup popcorn kernels for 3/4 people

  • 3tbsp rapeseed oil
  • add 1/2 tsp salt to the oil, swish around
  • put 3 kernels in the pan, heat pan until they pop
  • remove from heat, add remaining kernels
  • pan back onto heat
  • shake when they start popping until finished, leave the lit slightly off to let steam not popcorn to escape
  • heat off
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp sugar (optional)
