- 3tbsp rapeseed oil
- add 1/2 tsp salt to the oil, swish around
- put 3 kernels in the pan, heat pan until they pop
- remove from heat, add remaining kernels
- pan back onto heat
- shake when they start popping until finished, leave the lit slightly off to let steam not popcorn to escape
- heat off
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
- 1/2 tsp sugar (optional)
