Orange Vinaigrette

Serves: 4
Time: 10 mins
Source: Food Network, with added Dijon
Goes with: Salad, Beetroot/Feta

2 small or 1 medium orange, zest and juice (1/4 cup, 60g)
1 clove garlic, peeled
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 30g
2 tablespoons honey, 42g
1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
3/4 teaspoon salt 5g
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

3/4 cup olive oil 
  • Everything but the oil into the blender, blend until smooth
  • Add oil while blending
