Goes with: 800-900g Skirt Steak (Churrasco Steak), Grilled meats, roasted or fried potatoes, grilled veg
- 1 and 2/3 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes or 1/2 tbsp cayenne (half this for K)
- 20g parsley leaves and tender stems only
- 2 cloves garlic
- 39g red wine vinegar
- 79g veg oil
- 1/8 tsp salt
- few grinds of pepper
- (note sauce book adds mint which I liked)
- oregano and red pepper flakes into costa mug then 15ml boiling water to hydrate, stir
- fine chop parsley, mince garlic
- add all ingredients
- fridge 1 week max when sealed
