For 2 hispi/sweetheart cabbages: (1 cabbage per 2 people)
- 100g butter, softened
- 30g white miso
- 1 small garlic clove, pressed
- (Omit and serve after? Or tiny amount) salt
- pre-heat barbeque, 2 zone
- mix miso butter together
- remove outer leaves of cabbages then half them lengthways
- brush flat sides with miso butter
- Grill until charred
- Flip, grill until charred on the curved side
- Move into the roasting zone (or use normal oven), flat side up for rest of cook
- Baste with miso butter into all the nooks on the flat side
- Roast for 20 mins (or) until juicy and soft, keep basting.
