50 gyoza wrappers
1 lb ground pork
2 cup cabbage diced
1/2 cup spring onions chopped
1/2 cup? carrots diced
2 garlic cloves pressed
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp oil (cooking each batch)
1/4 cup water (cooking each batch)
1 mix filling together
2 each wrapper, 1 to 2 tsp filling, water around the edge, crimp
Store and freeze on baking parchment then into bag
Fry in 1 tbsp oil until brown, 1/4 cup water and lid on, then finish fry until crispy
