500g Shallots for Batch (long oval ones. Note this will make double what's needed but make a batch)
80g caramelised shallots
150g sour cream
50g mayo
50g soft cheese
2 turns black pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder, onion powder, salt
½ tsp demerara sugar
¼ tsp muscavado sugar
½ tsp wholegrain mustard
½ tsp lemon juice, sherry vinegar, white wine vinegar
Caramelise shallots, use a thick dice, half then half then 1/2cm cuts?)
Mix everything in mug
