2 cups (packed) cooked day old white rice (refrigerated)
3 eggs, whisked
optional - 1/2 onion, finely chopped
optional - 2 garlic cloves, minced
optional - 1 cup diced vegetables, frozen or fresh
optional - chicken, small pieces fried
optional - 3/4 cup spring onions, sliced
Sauce:
1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine (sub Mirin)
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce (or normal)
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp pepper
- Heat oil full heat
- Onion, Garlic
- Veg
- Rice and Sauce, cook until liquid evaporates
- Shove rice to side, then more oil then egg in the gap, fully cook it
- Without wok could do this in second pan
- Add spring onion then stir all together
